Arkansas Little rock has a horrible record of 6-11, but if you go beyond the record and look deeper, they have played the #23 overall schedule and #51 non-conference schedule. They've beaten #82 Denver, #143 Florida Atlantic, #214 North Texas, #200 IUPUI, and #248 Northwestern State. They've hung around and lost by single digits to #60 Missouri state, #77 Illinois state #52 oral Roberts, #106 Wisconsin Milwaukee, and #180 Southern Methodist. ARK LITTLE ROCK has played 8 games on the road and they've lost 6. But those losses have come mostly to the good teams. They beat Denver and North Texas on the road, both teams that are known for being tough on their home courts. Actually, both of these teams have won every other home game except for one. So we are not worried about the road game in this certain spot. Especially to Louisiana Monroe. They're 2-15 (their wins come to teams with 6 combined wins), winless at home, lost to an unranked team...etc etc. They beat #341 Nicholls State...but also lost to them by 21. The other team they beat was FIU. They put up 7 points against FAU in the 1st half, and then wound up losing by 28
It's tough to fade a really bad team when they're playing another team that's only "slightly less bad". But we think Arkansas LR's proven enough this season that makes us comfortable to think they can stick it to Monroe and hand them their 16th loss of the season.
